The safari camp fits nicely into the natural environment and offers a unique opportunity to explore the natural beauty of the Masai Mara. Even after returning from a day out on safari, the sense of being immersed in the wilderness remains. The camp is unfenced, and plains game — antelopes, zebras and others — often wander around the grounds to graze. Electricity and hot water are produced in an environmentally friendly manner, and the camp is silver certified by Ecotourism Kenya.
Accommodation
Our Masai Mara luxury camp offers a 14 spacious tents and 2 charming cottages. Each unit is thoughtfully furnished with comfortable interiors and features a private terrace where guests can unwind while taking in the sweeping views over the Masai Mara. The en-suite bathrooms come equipped with a (safari)shower, hand wash basin, and flush toilet, combining modern convenience with an authentic bush atmosphere.
Whether in a tent or a cottage, the accommodations provide both privacy and comfort, creating a welcoming retreat after an adventurous day on a Masai Mara safari.
Meals & Drinks
At Mara Siria Safari Camp, guests can enjoy a delightful culinary experience with a mix of fresh, locally sourced ingredients and international flavours. The bar serves a selection of refreshing drinks, from freshly brewed coffee to cocktails – perfect for unwinding after an adventurous Masai Mara game drive. Whether dining in the open-air, the restaurant or your private terrace, enjoying a sundowner with a panoramic view, every moment is a treat for the senses! The safari camp provides picnic meals for guests that prefer to take their meals on safari. Our chef is happy to cater for any dietary restriction.
Plunge Pool
The plunge pool is the perfect spot to cool off after a game drive, with far-reaching views over the Masai Mara plains below the escarpment. Mornings are quietest here — a quick dip, then coffee as the light comes up over the valley. Small and unfussy, the pool sits right at the edge of camp, and it’s become one of camp’s most popular spots for photos, with the escarpment and plains as backdrop.

Electricity & Wi-Fi
Solar energy provides reliable electricity for lighting in all tents and cottages. Our luxury tents and cottages have special sockets to charge mobile phones or tablets. Other essential devices can be charged at the lounge area or the manager’s office. Wi-Fi is available in designated areas. Our deluxe tents are equipped with electrical sockets and dedicated WIFI inside the tents.
Wildlife in Camp
At Mara Siria Safari Camp, wildlife is not just seen on game drives—it’s part of your daily experience! The safari camp is unfenced and often visited by rock hyrax, grazing zebras, antelopes, and a variety of bird species – they also quench their thirst at the camps waterhole. At night, you may hear the distant roar of lions or the calls of hyenas, adding to the magic of an authentic Masai Mara safari stay.
